ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਤਿਨਸੁਕੀਆ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਾਂਡੋ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਪੰਜ ਆਰ.ਪੀ.ਜੀ (RPG) ਗੋਲੇ ਦਾਗੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ-ਐਤਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਭਗ 2 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਅਲਫ਼ਾ (ULFA) ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
A major terrorist attack has taken place on a police commando camp in Tinsukia district of Assam. According to the information, the terrorists have fired at least five RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade) rockets at the camp, due to which there is an atmosphere of terror in the area.
The attack took place on Saturday-Sunday night at around 2 am. Four soldiers were injured in this attack by ULFA terrorists, who were immediately admitted to the hospital.

ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਅਸਾਮ-ਅਰੁਣਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਲੇਖਪਾਣੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਜਗੁਨ ਚੌਕੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਕਾਫੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਫੀ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
The attack took place in the Jagun Chauri area under the Lekhapani police station near the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border. This area is considered very sensitive in terms of security.
After the blasts, there was also a gunfire for a long time. The security forces have cordoned off the entire area and a search operation is underway.
