Punjab State Warehousing Corporation's former DM Gagandeep Singh Rindhawa had committed suicide. His wife Upinder Kaur has filed a complaint with the police alleging that Laljit Bhullar, his father and PA had threatened and beaten her husband.
Upinder Kaur has alleged that due to the threats and beatings by the minister, his father and PA, her husband was forced to commit suicide.
